● Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed independent

● If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration

● The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006- Applicable to food

● The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996- Governing dispute

● The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
10.2 Jurisdiction for Legal Proceedings:

legal intervention shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
